Deep Water Running 
Deep Water Running is a non-impact form of running done in the deep end of the lap pool while wearing a flotation belt. It is perfect for both those with injuries and athletes interested in adding a challenge to their cross-training workout. It's also safe for seniors, pregnant women, and post-operative patients.
 
AquaFit
AquaFit is a low-impact, total body workout in the shallow end of the pool designed to increase heart rate.
 
Arthritic Water
The warmth of the water allows your muscles to relax and eases the pain in your joints, helping you exercise with ease. The water supports your weight, which helps relieve pain and increase the range of movement of your joints.
