Protein/ Energy Balls

Perfect for post workout or mid day pick me up snack

- 2 cups of old fashioned rolled oats (Bob’s Red Mill – gluten free)

- ½ cup ground flack seed (BRM)

- 1 tablespoon black chia seeds

- ½ cup agave nectar (may sub. honey if not vegan)

- ½ cup all natural peanut butter (Earth Balance)

- 1 scoop VegaSport Protein- Vanilla (May sub. any whey protein if not vegan)

*1/4 cup cacco mini chocolate chips

* ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes

* Walnuts if desired




Mix all ingredients into one bowl- make desired size- ENJOY!
