What is HEAT? HEAT stands for High Endurance Anaerobic Training and will be a heart-rate based interval training class.You will be wearing a top of the line heart-rate monitoring band that accurately tracks your effort.The MYZONE heart-rate band will hold you accountable for how hard you are pushing yourself during class and will be broadcasted on one of our three big screens in the HEAT exercise room.
