Born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana, Russ is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also a graduate from University of Louisiana Monroe and has worked as a trainer for over 30 years. Living in the Jackson area since 1986, he worked for Courthouse Fitness for 10 years before coming to The Madison HealthPlex Performance Center. Russ welcomes clients of all ages and all levels of fitness and has trained pageant winners, competitive athletes, and senior citizens.
